What do you like best about Slack?

I like that Slack keeps everything in one place: chats, updates, and files. It's easy to stay in sync with the team, fix problems fast, and keep projects moving without getting lost in email threads Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Slack?

Nothing major overall, but sometimes during a huddle it glitches. For example, I’m not able to go back to the message screen at times, like I’m stuck in the huddle view. Also, since I use huddle on my phone, if I get dropped from a huddle I receive a notification and I’m able to rejoin from there. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Slack solving and how is that benefiting you?

Slack addresses the problem of scattered communication by bringing team discussions, project updates, file sharing, and quick decision-making into one place. It helps me coordinate with teammates, resolve technical issues more quickly, track project progress, and stay informed without unnecessary meetings.
