The UI is highly customizable, and just about everything has a keyboard shortcut, which makes the overall UX really comfortable. The code blocks even preserve space-sensitive Python formatting, which is genuinely helpful. It took me a little time to get used to the shortcuts, but now they feel like second nature.
Integrations are a breeze, and channel tokens and bots are also very versatile and helpful. Performance is amazing, especially when you lean on the keyboard shortcuts—they save so much time. Pricing isn’t too expensive, and the ROI more than justifies it for me. Onboarding new members on Slack is easy and streamlined, and the AI also helps by summarizing long conversations and similar threads. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The keyboard shortcuts were a little confusing at first, and the search function doesn’t always understand what I’m looking for. That said, these aren’t major issues. Once I learned the shortcuts, they became very helpful, even though it took a little time to get used to them. As for the search, I’m still trying to wrap my head around how it works.
