What do you like best about Slack?

I like Slack because it makes team communication more organized and convenient. Channels help keep group discussions focused on specific topics, while direct messages make it easy to connect with team members for quick updates. I also appreciate having conversations and shared information in one place, which makes it easier to stay informed and coordinate work without unnecessary confusion. What do you dislike about Slack?

I sometimes find it hard to keep track of important information while having many active conversations at once. I think that the notification system could be a bit more customizable, especially considering that I'm part of several active channels. It would be good if there were some ways to prioritize my messages so that I could focus on the ones that matter. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Slack solving and how is that benefiting you?

I use the Slack for team communications and interactions about projects. Prior to the use of Slack, it was hard to keep track of updates that were scattered among various groups and chats. Using Slack allows me to join specific topic-based channels, ask questions, make updates, and even refer back to previous chats.
