What do you like best about Slack?

What I like best about Slack is how easy it makes communication and collaboration with my team. I can organize conversations into channels, share files, and find previous messages without having to search through endless emails. What do you dislike about Slack?

What I dislike about Slack is that it can get overwhelming when there are too many channels and constant notifications throughout the day. Sometimes important messages get buried in busy conversations, and I have to spend extra time searching for them. What problems is Slack solving and how is that benefiting you?
