What I like about Slack is that it’s easy to set up and really simple to use day to day. I like that my chats, direct messages, and personal notes can be organized into different channels, which helps keep everything clear and easy to find. It works smoothly on desktop, in the browser, and on my mobile phone. It also responds quickly, and instead of writing long emails, we can easily share links, files, or quick updates here. One thing I don’t like is that the desktop app takes up too much RAM memory, and because of that my PC sometimes starts responding slowly. Also, the notifications can be distracting at times if they aren’t set up properly.
