I like slack is because how it has cut down chunk of work for me, setting up summaries of long incidents, channels, project threads for our sprints into short recaps. Zoom and Google calender integration is such a savior, for quick meeting links and meeting reminders.

Integrations with github, datadog are quite clean for alerts, reporting, bugs etc. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I have missed direct mentions more than thrice because of too much Chanel noise which is unavoidable when you work in engineering having lots of channels for bugs, incidents, alerts, sprints or projects. Nothing else that annoys me. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
