What do you like best about Slack?

Slack has truly transformed the way of communication and collaboration among teams. The best feature is that it easily integrates with Trello, GitHub, and Google Drive, etc. This allows us to keep all our conversations and workflows in one place, making it easy to track conversation history and our work progress. What do you dislike about Slack?

With a large number of threads and channels, sometimes it can be a bit challenging to keep track of everything, especially when we are part of multiple teams. Sometimes when too many channels and threads are open, the app slows down in some cases. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Slack solving and how is that benefiting you?

Slack helps us to communicate faster and efficiently, especially across remote teams. Instead of relying on long email threads, everything is organized in channels and easy to search. The integration with Google Drive, GitHub, and Jira allows us to access all these from one place without switching between apps.
