I like that SkyPrep is very flexible as a platform and can serve various needs and requirements. I also appreciate their support team, which is very prompt and competent. With multiple course creators, each requiring different approaches or technical solutions, we were able to find the required solutions within the platform. Most of the limitations I have encountered stem from limited integrations with third-party tools for user provisioning and data synchronization; there are also limited tools for bulk user management; most bulk actions are done through CSV, which is not user-friendly.
