I like how simple it is to work with and the clean interface of SkyPrep. Adding new learners or managing existing learners is very intuitive, which makes my workload a lot smoother. The help chat has answered my questions many times and is always available to suggest ways to solve issues. I wish I could replace SCORM files with new versions instead of having to make a whole new course. Sometimes learners will find a typo or instructors will change content and I have to add a whole new course. This frustrates me a lot. Other LMS (Moodle, etc) allow you to write over existing SCORM files without making a new course. That way your learners' existing marks aren't segregated into a different course.
