What do you like best about Skynamo Sales Platform?

The external sales team is happy with at ability to quote and send out data instantaneously to customers. They are able to assist customers with stock availability, see pricing on the spot and delays phoning into the office are eliminated. From a management point of view the call report are sufficient and we can see whether the team has planned their trips in an efficient manner. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Skynamo Sales Platform?

From a Major Tech point of view, we are still not able to see and measure individual daily sales per customer per rep. This is very frustrating. We explained the dynamics of Major Tech when the Skynamo was presented to us, and this functionality was available from a Skynamo perspective. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Skynamo Sales Platform solving and how is that benefiting you?

Solving issues relating to external reps having to phone internally to get information. It frees our internal sales representatives and allows them to engage sales calls from customers and not external sales representative queries.
