I like that Skylar is really helpful because it allows me to tailor conversations to my client's particular customer types. I also find it very easy to set up, especially when collaborating with my clients. Additionally, I think it's very good on the whole, as it requires very little improvement. I think sometimes the avatars take a little more adjustment than it'd be nice if it took a little less adjustment sometimes. In terms of how the actual avatar sound, or some of the ways they behave need a little bit of change. Sometimes, but it's very minor. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
