The portal is very easy to use, and it only takes a minute to submit your receipt. Additionally, the portal reads the receipt and inputs all the data into the report, so all you need to do is double-check that everything is correct. There is also a handbook available with each receipt submission in case anything is unclear; you can always refer to it before submitting your receipt.
