Skillstation shows individual records of competency and gives clear direction on e-learning packages, inductions, management procedures and standard operating procedures. Skillstation ensures quizzes are available at the end of each module as well as linking directly into our induction platform Intasite. Fantastic site to use which shows the insights across the business for different departments. I really like how easy it is to upload training records compared to what we used to use. Skillstation makes my life so much easier now that it's in place, the company as a whole has adopted the system really well and our colleagues in Singapore HQ are very impressed with the system and how it runs. Only feedback I have is on the reporting side, it would be nice to see a definitive score of each person per department instead of going through each individual record as a report. eg : most competent to least competent person within the business. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
