What do you like best about Skillrater?
Skillrater is convenient, and I can develop unique scales for each position whenever I need it. This has eased the conducting of performance reviews in my team but especially has helped to ensure that the results are standard. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
What do you dislike about Skillrater?
The skill assessment functionalities I observe are somewhat limited. More complex or differentiated rating is not possible and there is no effective way of recording samples that may support the ratings given. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
