What do you like best about SkillPanel?

The most helpful aspect of SkillPanel was the clear and structured overview of workforce skills. What do you dislike about SkillPanel?

There was nothing I strongly disliked about the platform. However, I believe it could offer more customization options for dashboards, reports, and competency frameworks. Broader support for soft skills and non-technical roles, together with clearer guidance for first-time users, would make the platform even more accessible and valuable to a wider range of organizations. What problems is SkillPanel solving and how is that benefiting you?

SkillPanel addresses the challenge of having workforce skills information scattered across CVs, job descriptions, assessments, and individual records. It brings this information together and provides a clearer picture of employees’ actual capabilities, strengths, and development needs. For me, the main benefit is being able to identify skills gaps more easily and connect them with relevant learning and development priorities. As an educator, trainer, career mentor, and organizational leader, I find this particularly valuable because it supports more informed decisions, more targeted development initiatives, and a better alignment between individual potential and organizational goals.
