With a fairly streamlined implementation process, we were up and running in a short time. The system is very powerful. We aren't using all of the features yet and there are many powerful features that we're planning on growing into. There's a bit of a learning curve in understanding groups and students and how they work together. We have to use code snippets to perform some functions that aren't readily apparent. There are some things that we can't manipulate that we have to rely on the Skilljar team to do. The analytics dashboard could be a bit less clunky. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What problems is Skilljar by Gainsight solving and how is that benefiting you? We have been able to host all of our eLearning content in one platform. We can see what our customers are accessing and use analytics to learn more about our customers.
