I like the ability to grant access to a certain set of users so internal and external users can check on specific user groups. The software I used previously did not allow our team to limit access for external users. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I think the menus are not very intuitive and it takes multiple clicks to find certain information. I would prefer it there were one-click options to take you to certain commonly used features, for example, all training records for a certain user. It is very hard to find the URL for a particular course you need to share - the URL should be clearly shown in the Details page for a course. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
