I like the ability to grant access to a certain set of users so internal and external users can check on specific user groups. I think the menus are not very intuitive and it takes multiple clicks to find certain information. I would prefer it there were one-click options to take you to certain commonly used features, for example, all training records for a certain user. It is very hard to find the URL for a particular course you need to share - the URL should be clearly shown in the Details page for a course. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What problems is Skilljar by Gainsight solving and how is that benefiting you? Skilljar allows me to quickly assemble, clone, and customize training courses for my users.
