Managing employees and customers through the SkillJar platform is subpar. What I do not like about SkillJar is that the ability to tracking assignments and navigate the admin dashboard is clunky and requires a lot of moving back and forth between pages, which makes it challenging to build internal advocates for the platform. We also use SkillJar for Employee Training and have submitted feature requests to advocate for improvements to make managing employees through the platform, more feasible. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What problems is Skilljar by Gainsight solving and how is that benefiting you? We are using SkillJar for our Customer Training and also employee training. We are using SKillJar to gain visibility into customer training and product adoption. We are working to pair that data to our product adoption metrics and equip our CSMs with this data to become even more consultative during our customer touchpoints. On the employee side of things, we are using SkillJar to onboard, ramp, and develop our employees. We have streamlined a lot our new hire training process; some of our departments were previously delivering a 200+ slide PowerPoint over the course of two-three weeks to new employees and they are now delivering a multi-medium curriculum including SkillJar.
