Look, one of the things that doesn't completely excite me is the expiration of the labs. We have had problems because some labs have expired on us. There are times when we can do the labs quickly and other times we can't, because we have work and because our time is occupied with other things. Things start incredibly slowly. Taking minutes to load a single lesson. Everything is simulated, whether or not I gain anything by it being simulated. Accomplishing tasks does not automatically check off things so you're left constantly leaving the lesson to manually check boxes and keep up with where you're at, breaking flow and concentration. Evaluate Questions can take a stupid amount of time to verify as well. And that's when the labs are working. So many times the labs have bugged out completely and left me unable to complete them. This is an incredibly frustrating experience to deal with. I hate every second using them and wish I could skip them so I could get back to actually learning. I find it problematic that while monitoring the screen of learners, I am unable to speak with them directly through the platform. Although I can perform actions on their screen, not having the ability to enable the mic and communicate verbally is a significant limitation. This requires me to use an external method to talk to the students while overseeing their activities, creating a disjointed experience.
