"Simple, Visual, and Seamless for a Multi-Office Team"

What do you like best about Skedda?

What I like most about Skedda is how easy and intuitive it is to use, especially the visual features. We have staff located across multiple states, and Skedda makes it incredibly simple for our remote team members to reserve workspaces or conference rooms when they are onsite. It also allows staff to easily make reservations on behalf of their colleagues when needed. Overall, the platform is extremely user-friendly, easy to navigate, and has made managing our shared office spaces much more seamless. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Skedda?

There really isn’t much that I dislike about Skedda. The only limitation we have encountered is with the Zoom integration. Currently, when a room is booked with Zoom, the meeting is tied to the booking user’s personal Zoom room rather than allowing us to enter a specific or externally provided Zoom link. In our industry, we frequently have virtual court hearings, depositions, and other meetings where the Zoom link is provided by an outside party, so having the ability to add that specific link directly to the reservation would be extremely helpful.

What problems is Skedda solving and how is that benefiting you?

Skedda has helped us eliminate double bookings by giving everyone a clear, visual view of our spaces and their availability in real time. The visual features are especially helpful for our remote staff, as they can see what our satellite offices, workspaces, and conference rooms look like before making a reservation, even if they have never visited that office before.

It has also centralized our entire reservation process. Previously, much of the responsibility for managing spaces fell to our reception team, even though space management is not their primary role. With Skedda, reservations and availability are visible and accessible to everyone, allowing staff to manage their own bookings or reserve spaces for colleagues.
