What I like most about SiteSpeakAI is the combination of ease of use, flexibility, and integration capability. We discovered the platform precisely when we were looking for a solution that could use the content from our knowledge base on BookStack, and this integration was one of the main reasons we started using SiteSpeakAI.
From there, we were able to transform the knowledge that was already documented into something much more accessible for the team, allowing people to find information and clear doubts through a conversation with AI, without having to manually search through different pages and documents.
More recently, the possibility of integrating the assistant with Google Chat has further increased this value, as we can bring access to knowledge directly to a tool that is already part of the team's routine.
Another point worth highlighting is the support. We have always had very close, cordial, and available service, with an attitude that truly conveys security. When a question arises, a need for configuration, or a possibility for evolution, we feel that there is follow-up and genuine interest in helping, which makes a big difference, especially when we are expanding the use of the platform within the company.
I also like the ease of updating the knowledge base, customizing instructions and AI behavior, and using resources like Custom Actions to connect other systems and processes. The performance has been very good in daily use, and considering what would be necessary to develop and maintain a similar structure internally, we see excellent cost-benefit.
In our case, the greatest value of SiteSpeakAI is precisely in being able to better leverage the knowledge the company already has and deliver it to the team in a simple, fast, and integrated way with the tools they already use. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
One thing I currently miss is more comprehensive access control to the agent when it is made available through the direct access web page. It would be very useful to be able to restrict who can access the agent, for example, through user authentication, authorized groups, or domains. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
