What do you like best about Sitemark?

What I value most about Sitemark is the combination of a strong, versatile platform with an exceptionally flexible and responsive team.

We use Sitemark for utility-scale PV thermography during commissioning and O&M, as well as for construction monitoring. Their platform produces clear, professional results, but what really stands out is their support. Our commissioning workflows often involve tight deadlines, phased inspections and changing field conditions, and their team consistently helps us find practical solutions and get the job done.

What do you dislike about Sitemark?

There is honestly very little I dislike about Sitemark. If I had to identify one area for improvement, it would be the standard processing times for larger thermography operations.

Fast Track works very well when deadlines are tight, but as utility-scale PV projects increase in size, standard turnaround times can become relatively long. A faster baseline processing time for large inspections would make the platform even better suited to commissioning schedules. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Sitemark solving and how is that benefiting you?

Sitemark allows us to turn large volumes of aerial data into actionable information without having to develop the entire processing and analytics capability in-house.

For PV thermography, we operate our own drones while Sitemark provides the specialized processing, analysis and reporting layer. We use this during commissioning and O&M to identify and manage module-level anomalies across utility-scale plants.

We also use Sitemark for construction monitoring, converting recurrent RGB drone surveys into measurable progress information and helping identify potential construction or environmental issues. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
