One of the advantages of having Sitelock on my website is that it already has the recognition and prestige, more than enough worldwide, which allows me to safeguard the credibility of my site no matter where my visitors or users access it from. Another benefit that Sitelock offers is that it speeds up the loading time of the information hosted on my site by up to 50%, and with that, it helps keep my visitors attentive, stay on it, return, recommend it, and make purchases. What I like the least is that when contacting technical support, they only respond in English and you cannot reply in Spanish. I also don't like that automatic renewal is always set by default when activating the service. Although I am not going to do it yet, I don't like that when I want to deactivate SiteLock, the only way to do it is by calling directly to the United States, because it is easier and cheaper to send an email. It is an unintuitive application and difficult to use, requiring some tutorial to be able to use it.
