What do you like best about Siteimprove?

This tool has a future. Siteimprove thinks what a customer need. We had an old IBM Policy Tester and replaced with this tool. This tool does way more than old tool. Digital Certainty Index, Broken links, misspellings, policies, SEO, Accessibility (missing header, alt tag)... OMG !! way more features. Best part I like, this tool tells you website's Readability like a student of what grade can read your site. How cool is that !! Customer support is great. Immediate response. Business partner is great. Frequently touch-base and seek improvements. Recently added GDPR module and exploring more. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Siteimprove?

We are using a module called 'Response' that pings website based on the frequency we set up. That is something not as matured as other products in the market. It does not have monitoring from different regions of the world. Seems always pings out of EU region. So when my US server goes down, no alerts, but as soon as EU server goes down I see alerts. What problems is Siteimprove solving and how is that benefiting you?

Even though website is live, up and running I see alerts when our EU server goes down. Tried contacting customer support couple times regarding false alerts on EU server but no luck. As a work around I pause monitoring while we restart EU server. Apart from this no other feature I have problem with. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
