What do you like best about Site Search 360?

In addition to stellar customer service, they offer many tiers of service which makes it possible for a small business such as my own to use their service, and as I grow I can continue to make my search functionality even more robust with higher plan tiers. What do you dislike about Site Search 360?

It was difficult for me to set up and integrate my search bar into my site. But this is a minor point. I would absolutely recommend Site Search 360. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Site Search 360 solving and how is that benefiting you?

Site Search 360 makes it possible for a small business such as mine to have a fully integrated, "walled garden," site search functionality customized for my modest but growing needs. I like using a service that is outside of the major search engine platforms Google, Bing, etc. to avoid my customer's data being harvested by those companies. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
