I find the online appointment booking and calendar synchronization with SimplyBook.me very useful. Both save me a lot of time, as customers can book appointments themselves at any time, and the synchronization allows me to always keep track of my availability. This also prevents double bookings. I find many features and pricing plans a bit confusing at first. A simpler structure would make it easier. An overview of features that are useful for small businesses would be nice, as well as explanatory videos in multiple languages. The initial setup was somewhat challenging but manageable.
