What do you like best about Simply Fleet?

One of the biggest upsides of using Simply Fleet is the tracking. You can track just about anything, from receipts and truck maintenance to service records. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Simply Fleet?

You have to use credits to scan receipts, and those credits cost extra. No one likes typing in all the details from a receipt, especially when you have multiple trucks on the road. Crews forget because they don’t want to type in the receipts, and then we end up paying for more credits to help them out. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Simply Fleet solving and how is that benefiting you?

Simply Fleet helps us solve the issue of keeping all our truck information in one place. Instead of trying to track down details on the computer about a truck’s history, I can pull up each of our trucks and immediately see its history, the current odometer reading, and what services I need to schedule. Thanks for the review. Glad Simply Fleet keeps your trucks’ history, odometer readings and upcoming services in one place.

On receipt scanning, the aim is to save your crews the typing, and we understand it’s frustrating when that comes with a cost. Each scan runs on a paid AI service, so we charge a small amount per credit and keep it as low as we can. Every plan includes monthly credits for each vehicle, and unused ones roll over. If your crews scan more than that, you can switch on auto top-up in Billing, which adds credits whenever your balance drops below a limit you choose.
