What I like best is how much the platform covers for the price, and the support team, which is the best I have experienced with any software tool.
I run a coaching business for expat professionals, and Simply.Coach lets me manage the whole client journey in one place: onboarding forms, coaching agreements, session scheduling, notes, action items and invoicing. Before, this was spread across several tools. Now I keep one clear view of each client, which saves me time before every session and makes my work look more professional to clients.
One unexpected benefit: I built my onboarding form so clients score four areas of their life from 1 to 10 before our first call. I can see where they stand before we speak, so the first session starts at a much deeper level.
The quality to price ratio is excellent. Many features I would expect only in far more expensive platforms are included, and the interface is clean enough that my clients use the portal without needing explanations.
The support team deserves special mention. They respond quickly, take time to understand the question, and follow up until the issue is solved. As a solo business owner, that makes a real difference, because I never feel alone with a technical problem. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The mobile app is the area where I see the most room for improvement. Right now it is quite limited and mainly lets me check upcoming appointments. As a coach who is often between meetings or traveling, I would love to do more on the go: set up a session with a client in a few taps, reschedule quickly, and create, update or close action items right after a conversation, while everything is still fresh.
Today I usually have to wait until I am back at my laptop, which slows down my follow up with clients. A more complete mobile experience would make a platform that is already strong on desktop even more valuable for day to day client management. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
