What problems is Simplr solving and how is that benefiting you?

It allowed our company to reduce its costs by allowing us to use automated chatbots that are preloaded with responses. It reduces the number of employees needed in the customer support team as Simplr solves the frequent customer issues and gives us an understanding of what are the most common issues.
