What do you like best about Simployer?

Very strong compliance & policy support – especially great in a Scandinavian/European context. The templates, guidelines, and legal updates save a ton of time and reduce risk.

Clear structure – everything (handbooks, policies, HR processes) lives in one logical place, which makes it easy both for HR and employees.

Employee self-service – employees can find answers themselves instead of pinging HR for every small thing.

Scales well – it works just as well for a growing company as for a more mature organization.

What do you dislike about Simployer?

Simployer solves the problem of scattered HR processes, manual onboarding, and keeping up with compliance by centralizing documentation, workflows, and legal guidance in one system.
