Easy to use. I’ve used both token-based digital signatures and cloud-based ones. I don’t like token-based options because I have to carry the token with me, which is a burden. The cloud-based solution I used before Simplifi had a worse user experience for me, and it relied on its own phone app to authenticate codes. Simplifi uses Google Authenticator, so that’s one less app I need.

The process is fast, and the user interface is very friendly and intuitive. The price is insanely competitive. I’ve had one issue so far; I contacted support and it was solved in less than 5 minutes. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It would be really helpful to have a feature on the dashboard that shows the most recent documents I’ve signed, so I don’t have to go searching for them. Also, how cool would it be to have an integration with email clients where, if you receive an email with a document requesting a signature, you could simply forward it to Simplifi and the app would sign it and send it back to the original sender?
