What do you like best about Simpli.fi?

I’ve been working with Simpli.fi for more than seven years, and I’m very happy with how easy the platform is to use for creating campaigns. I also really value my relationship with the entire team there, and I appreciate how quickly they jump in to support whenever there’s a need. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Simpli.fi?

Performance can be affected by outside influences that aren’t always transparent, and it can take time for things to build. At times, the experience feels slow and a bit cumbersome, and resolutions can take a while to address issues. That said, the problems do get corrected—just sometimes too slowly for my liking. What problems is Simpli.fi solving and how is that benefiting you?

Simpli.fi has been easy to integrate with HubSpot, which helps us keep all our information consistent across both platforms. It’s also our main DSP for all of our campaigns, and they’ve been a valuable partner in keeping our costs aligned with our pricing so we can pass that value on to our clients.
