What do you like best about SimpleVDR?

The interface is brand new and modern, making it both easy to use and fast. I found it simple to involve advisors, as well as legal and financial teams, and managing an unlimited number of users is straightforward. I also appreciate the legal-grade export feature. What do you dislike about SimpleVDR?

Support is currently available through email, but I would really like to have a chat feature integrated directly into the software. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is SimpleVDR solving and how is that benefiting you?

Document management and sharing are straightforward. Unlike other VDR products, I can quickly see what has changed since my last login, thanks to a dedicated report available on the dashboard and notified via email.
