It's a way we can reach our employees quick and all at one time!

During Covid 19, we have been able to communicate with employees as well as family members very quickly and update them on what is happening at our facilities.  And this has continued even after covid!

**What do you like best about SimpleTexting?**

SimpleTexting is extremely easy to use.  I have used several other texting services and we have been extremely happy with SimpleTexting.  We can customize our messaging in every way we could need to.  Really helpful Customer Service as well.

**What do you dislike about SimpleTexting?**

I really can't think of much, I have not explored everything the platform can do yet, but maybe automated workflows would be nice if that is not already available.

**What problems is SimpleTexting solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are able to upload and fire off big campaigns quickly.  That's huge for us. We can also easily send simple one-off text messages to a specific customer if needed.

**What do you like best about SimpleTexting?**

It was easy to set up and get started and it didn't have features I didn't need or want.  We didn't want to overpay for features we weren't going to use and the competitors software seemed a better fit for IT people than marketing.

**What do you dislike about SimpleTexting?**

All the compliance stuff, but all the companies have it.  Verifying our account was fairly easy and quick and the team did respond quickly when I had questions about satisfying the compliance portion.

It is a good marketing tool, because nobody checks their email anymore to see marketing promotions and information.

**What do you like best about SimpleTexting?**

The application is intuitive, which makes it easy to figure out things on your own. The customer service chat is also super helpful when you can't figure out exactly what you need.

**What do you dislike about SimpleTexting?**

It is hard for me to send messages all that the same time nationwide. I must setup 4 different lists based on time zones if I want a text to arrive at 6:00 AM, A feature that allows you to schedule your message to arrive a specific time based on where the user lives would be helpful

**What problems is SimpleTexting solving and how is that benefiting you?**

My client likes to be able to supply a nationwide group of construction workers with daily safety briefings. This not only keeps the workers in a safety first frame of mind it also benefits the client's rating with their insurance company since they are being so proactive

**What do you like best about SimpleTexting?**

Ease of use!  The user help section are great, informative and very helpful.  Customer support is great.  I really enjoy the way to segment groups and love the ability to set up texts to send out in the future and not have to sit and do it each time.  This allows our group to reach all of our participants timely!  So glad we have found this platform!

**What do you dislike about SimpleTexting?**

Sometimes uploading contacts from excel sheets is difficult.  I have had the wrong data upload into the wrong areas, but it is easy to correct.

**What problems is SimpleTexting solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We have saved hours with simple texting.  We can send out educational videos to our groups, we can send out fliers of community events and reach out for volunteer help in one shot.  We don't have to make individual calls or texts to each person, but have the ability to reply individually when needed.  More information to the community faster.  WONDERFUL!

**What do you like best about SimpleTexting?**

It is very helpful and simple to send a text to our borrowers for responses or if we missed them when we call. A lot of our borrowers appreciate the effort we put in to reach them.

**What do you dislike about SimpleTexting?**

Not much to dislike about a texting platform. The credits were weird but that got handled here so there really is nothing else that we notice. Only thing that gets annoying is accidentally hitting tab in contacts and it not saving the name we put down but that doesnt take long to fix.

I have no idea what problems are being solved because I am not the person of contact to simple text here at our office.

I love that I can reach hundreds of customers within seconds. Prior to Simple texting I had to distribute flyers to 702 apartments in the complex, now,all
I have to do is type my message and send it out. I love that residents can text me back with questions etc.

So far everything is great. I have no complaints.

Reaching out to 702 residents in the complex. Now I can focus on spending  my time on things I need to do as opposed to

The user interface is VERY simple, easy to maneuver and works exactly as is. A plus is that it integrates with Zapier so the possibilities for automation are endless.

**What do you dislike about SimpleTexting?**

A lot of changes cause you to have to relearn small parts but not the system entirely. I do think there is a better way to manage the inbox by read, deleted, etc.

We use it to send automated texts to people who missed their appointments by reading a Google Sheet file through Zapier, this allows us to not hire a person to do so, EASY ROI.

Very accessible app and allows me to see every situation i need to and every person I have reached or have not yet. There is no time when I wish I could see who I need to speak too because it's right in front of me.

I cant say much that I dislike about simple texting because it allows me to do everything I need to as well as see every person I need to so that I do not miss out on texting anyone.

The mobile app/page is rather annoying. I'm constantly having to log in. I'd rather like to stay logged in on my iPhone.

SimpleTexting is very easy to use. I love that you can schedule when texts are sent and easily see who is responding to your messages. I like that you're able to include links and track the amount of clicks you are receiving.

I don't like the character limit for sending messages. This really impacts us when we try to send messages in other languages as they count accents as special characters.

I like the desktop notifications. You have to multitask a lot on a computer, so being able to see when a text comes in while on a different screen helps so much.

**What do you dislike about SimpleTexting?**

I wish there were a way to create templates for texting. Sometimes retyping the same or similar messages can get tiresome. That would be a nice feature to add to improve the experience.

For our business, it created a way for us to communicate with our clients and serve them better effectively. With auto reminders for appointments or even if they can't call us they can text and we are readily available. It just makes it so easy.

I like being able to sort the inbox to read/unread so that I can easily respond to messages.  Send mass texts that are not from my personal cell phone.

I dislike that I cannot send 1 text at a time.   I would like to be able to send a request for approval to use, 1 cell number at a time without having the create a group etc.

I love the custom integrations and keywords available in Simple Texting. It is straightforward and easy to use. I also like that I can work from my desktop or my phone, depending on my circumstances. I have tried many other texting platforms, but nothing has come close to Simple Texting. I highly recommend it.

I honestly cannot think of anything that I dislike about Simple Texting. So far, it has been very straightforward and user-friendly.

We like the seamless integration within our marketing platforms that auto sends texts to designated lists and the customer support has been excellent throughout our partnership.

The platform has served its purpose well and I do not have any significant complaints. The additions of SMS templates would be nice for new announcements, promotions etc.

The service's main benefit is the auto texting feature that notifies new affiliates that join our email list that they have been accepted as well as the next steps that are texted in a sequence.

What I like best is the simplicity of being able to send a marketing text to multiple prospects.

So far I have not found any disatisfying attributes to this app since i only need it for text marketing, and it gets the job done

In my business I have a large list of contacts for potential clients, so before Simple Texting I use to reach out to each if them one by one and many times couldnt get to the whole list of contacts and this is where Simple Texting has helped my business out.

This systems was great at helping me get started with SMS text message quickly.  I did not know where to start and other interfaces seems way too complicated.  Thanks for making it easy for a novice!

**What do you dislike about SimpleTexting?**

So far so good.  I have been pleasantly impressed with the simplicity of the platform.  The only downside was during the free trial you only get 50 messages. Other companies provided around 100.

Simple texting is helping me get my texting solution up an running with little headache.  We all know people are not viewing emails.  Text messaging has a better open rate and is apart of a multifacted marketing strategy.

Simple Texting is super straight forward and easy to understand- its as easy as texting your friends!

Only downside is you pretty much cannot include emojis unless you want to pay double the price or only send 2 words with the emoji LOL.

I dislike my experience with the Mac OS app, where last time I opened the application, there was an apparent error populating the interface. This is not too bad because you can always just use the website if it doesn't work.

**Recommendations to others considering SimpleTexting:**

It's very important to do your due diligence to understand the numerous ways to effectively employ the software to your business' benefit. Once you understand how SimplyTexting can help, you can then move forward in implementing a plan to act upon. It's a great platform to keep contacts organized. A/B testing should be used in a systematic fashion in order to gauge the effectiveness of your campaigns. Keep an eye on what you do and how it affects your bottom line. Make sure you have valid contacts that voluntarily opt-in.

SimpleTexting solves our issue of connecting with a large volume of clients. It also will bolster effectiveness of our marketing campaigns.

One of my favorite functions of Simple texting is when I initially set up my account i had a repetitive reach out to me within hours.  At one point i needed to pause my account, the customer service agent was extremely knowledgeable and we were able to get things solved within minutes.

**What do you dislike about SimpleTexting?**

One thing that I dislike about simple texting is that I get logged out of my account every time i close the app.

One of my favorite functions of Simple texting is the ability to have all of my employees in one spot. It no longer takes 3 hours to get a message out to them!

It is easy to set up, the customer service is great, especially the chat feature. I have been able to figure out a wide variety of ways to use the service, more than we had anticipated when we signed up.

**What do you dislike about SimpleTexting?**

The app is very clumsy and it sounds like they are working on that. Would like to be able to send texts to small groups just in the main screen, not having to make a group, and would love to be able to message international numbers.

We have hundreds of families at our summer programs and they just don't read emails.  But they read and respond to texts.  We have saved so much time chasing people down for forms, information, etc. And the ability to give real-time updates to large groups about transportation has been a game changer for us.

Like Facebook Messenger, but for 2 way text chat back and forth with a customer

Need to refresh/restart the app a lot. It's best when you reload the app from a cold start, and then it works perfectly. Not a huge issue, but I'm sure they will have it fixed soon.

Many customers want to call us, and we don't have time to answer, so we give them the option of texting us to get quick responses and help. They like it and we find it useful.

This platform has made it significantly easier for our business to stay in contact with our employees and customers. From one-to-one texting to mass texting, Simpletexting has been great for our business.

**What do you dislike about SimpleTexting?**

I wish there were more options to restrict certain access levels to certain user accounts. For example, I would like to turn off the "campaigns" option for certain users so they can only read/send text messages and not have full access to the mass texting features.

**What problems is SimpleTexting solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We had issues staying in contact with our employees. If we had a message we needed to get to all of our employees, we would have to dial each of them individually. Now I can send a mass text in under 60 seconds!

I like being able to text residents. Most work during the day and it helps because they are able to text if they cant call.

I wish they would add more characters to each text line vs. having to send multiple texts.

**What do you like best about SimpleTexting?**

Straightforward, simple, and easy to use desktop and mobile app. This allows you to get the hang of it really quickly and get to work. We previously used a now defunked texting tool which was super easy but had many limitations. Sometimes, change is good.

**What do you dislike about SimpleTexting?**

Some texts do not require a response but if you do not reply, it is marked as waiting which, for anyone with any amount of OCD, will irk you. Also, if you're a single user, assigning texts to yourself is an added task. Perhaps being able to denote that somewhere would alter that feature.

Take a detailed walk-thru. You'll know immediately if it works for you

**What problems is SimpleTexting solving and how is that benefiting you?**

With changing regulations on contacting people, there is quite a fuss if your industry is non-sales related and consent is by proxy yet still contractually allowed as well as implied. Specifically, we are merely the go-between for our clients and their employees, passing on pertinent information regarding their health and financial wellness. While understandable, many companies have not taken that into consideration and made it nearly impossible to function.

The slowness of the app when sending and the limit of only 142 characters per campaign without using two credits per message.

Easy to use. I can get alerts on my phone when a text has come in.  Very mobile friendly.  My employees can text prospects without using their own personal phone.

Some issues with screen refreshing.  Typical of a browser based product.  Not much to dislike about this product.

The user interface is very intuitive and easy to use. Importing contacts and lists is extremely easy, and creating campaigns to schedule and send to those lists is a breeze.

Additional credits aren't cheap, and the threshold for what is considered to be a "long" SMS, which costs two credits per message instead of one, can be pretty limiting.

We wanted an intuitive solution to send SMS marketing to our opt-in lists. Specifically, we were looking for a solution that would allow us to schedule out multiple campaigns, and SimpleTexting makes that very easy.

Recently, our Simple Text phone number was changed but we didn't receive a notification. I am hoping that was a one-time thing that others don't have to experience. It was quite inconvenient updating all of our marketing materials to reflect the change.

2. I love how easy it is to use.
3. The thing that I like the most is that I can access it via the web.

The only critique I can think of is that I am unable to send text messages to my international clients. You could try incorporating access to international numbers.

2-Way Messaging, it is easier now to close deals with 2-way messaging with your main mobile number or even get a new one. This way I can't help but say my clients feel special!

This platform for texting prospects is really easy to use.  You also get a toll-free number at no additional charge.  One great feature is the ability to schedule your texts so you can go on to doing other tasks.

I've had some difficulty with uploading csv files into the "Contacts" folder.  Your files have to be precise otherwise the platform will not accept them.  I've had to enter information manually which I don't mind that much but less hassle with csv uploading would be more convenient.

I'm able to submit multiple texts simultaneously without the tedious task of sending individual texts.  The provided toll-free number dedicated to texting allows me to free up my cell number for business calls without worrying about multiple calls blowing up my phone.

I find it most helpful that Simple Texting is a seamless process to add constituents and send messages.  In my opinion, I feel it is very easy to navigate for beginner users .

I wish Simple Texting offered more data reporting on who views the messages.  It would be helpful for my data reporting purposes to know more about who opens the text message.  I only can access data to see who clicks on the link I include in the text message.  I wish I had data on who just opened and viewed the message.

Wish the birthday integration was part of simple text, not a third-party solution. The ability to wish our members happy birthday via text versus asking them to reply with keywords to opt-in presents an extra step.

We can easily communicate with all our members with a few clicks. We have learned over the years that email is not the best form of communication when working with high school students. **What do you like best about SimpleTexting?**

When deciding to use Simple Text, one of the most important considerations was how easy it was to operate. Both the installation and the actual use of it were very straightforward processes. No problems were encountered when we attempted to send our mass texts to the uploaded contacts and groups. It also allowed us to have custom automation keywords set for campaigns run by the marketing team. We thought this simple solution would help us get our text messaging campaigns up and running quickly. This made it possible for us to grow our campaign and marketing technology stack in a way that we hadn't initially thought was possible, but the fact that it was based on simple text made it a solution that was quick to use and quick to implement.

**What do you dislike about SimpleTexting?**

After delving deeper into the platform's architecture, the implementation was the aspect of it that we found to be lacking. The reporting options were badly inadequate, making it impossible for us to generate the reports and analytics that were necessary for analyzing our campaigns. It worked well as a basic texting platform, but this did not let us scale in the way we needed. Because of this, in particular, in addition to the platform's absence of survey options and many customization tools, which are all required to conduct a successful campaign, the platform simply did not have these elements.

**What problems is SimpleTexting solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Simple texting was solving the problem of needing a quick to use and quick to set up texting platform for our marketing team to dive into quickly and efficiently to get campaigns up and running. This was the key benefit needed when first looking at a texting platform. It allowed the basic tools such as contact uploading, keyword automation, and list segmentation.

I love the easily understood interface and simple pricing structure. SimpleTexting is a texting service without the frills other companies offer. They have everything you need to have a texting service without unneccessary complexity, in other words simple.

The only "downside" I have encountered is that a short code is not included with the SimpleTexting model but I don't believe it is their fault but instead an FCC issue.

SimpleTexting allows me to remind my customers of upcoming events and performances so they can stay in the loop and my company can be present on their minds. It makes it so simple to "advertise" what's going on to the people that I actually want to reach.

The user interface is very well thought out. Everything you need is available in a menu and you don't have to go hunting it down like some other platforms. Customer support is very helpful and easy to get a hold of.

Haven't really found a dislike yet. While this dislike is not simpletexting specific, I do wish there were no carrier fees for texting from toll free numbers. The industry has gone away with free short code numbers and those were very convenient.

We have migrated from a much older platform where we were not able to import phone numbers into keywords without going through tech support or an api. We'd like to start using this to capture phone numbers from our websites.

I love that SimpleTexting allows me to communicate with a varying audience size. Because you pay by credits, you don't have to be stressed about getting to a certain audience. This is super helpful to us as students graduate and our list is always changing.

One downside of SimpleTexting is that it's a pretty big expense. We consider it worth it, so that's okay! But it's not a cheap alternative to other marketing by any means.
