**What do you like best about Simplesat?**

I like Simplesat's feedback dashboard because it helps us see customer feedback in real-time. I also appreciate Pete, our product expert, who helped smoothen our migration from a different platform.

**What do you dislike about Simplesat?**

Dashboards and reporting could be improved. Dashboards don't support double decimal points, and the filters/reports that can be added are quite limited. We encountered some feature loss from Stella/Medallia in regards to personalization of CSAT surveys for specific agents (no photos included for the agent) and question formatting that lead to a longer and droned out experience with our old survey question setup. We had to simplify our surveys to make it match Simplesat.

**What problems is Simplesat solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Simplesat for sending customer service surveys and integrating with Gladly, which helps us see customer feedback in real-time.

**What do you like best about Simplesat?**

I love the extremely responsive Chat support. It starts with an AI bot but you can very quickly get to a knowledgeable human.  This time I had some interesting issues getting an integration with HubSpot to work. Vicktor, from support was very patient and listened well, taking the time to really understand my problem.  In the end, Viktor figured out what I was doing wrong and the integration is working!  Thanks to viktor this time but Support has been exceptional each time I've needed it.

**What do you like best about Simplesat?**

Implementing surveys and integrating them with various systems was easy. It helped us send out NPS and CSAT surveys with minimal effort.

Support is top-notch, with quick resolutions and prompt modifications when needed.

Our Support portal does not provide easy modifications of survey which can help it make more interactive survey.

Simplesat provides interactive and visually attractive surveys whihc helps increase the CSAT Take rate. It has helped us improve CSAT take rate from 4% to 12% and gradually increasing month on month

**What do you like best about Simplesat?**

I find Simplesat seamless and effective for its use case, particularly in collecting customer feedback. The ability to send surveys via a link is a great help. The support team is highly receptive, very helpful, and responds quickly whenever I have questions or encounter problems.

**What do you dislike about Simplesat?**

The survey feature could be more customizable. I think the feature can be rigid when you are trying to get more specific feedback. I should be able to customize all aspects of the survey, like for example, allow me to change the opening question, allow me to add a photo background.

**What problems is Simplesat solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Simplesat to gauge customer feedback and send surveys easily via a link. The support is very fast to reply, which is a great help.

Their customer support is truly outstanding. Every question is answered thoroughly and promptly, and their team is always ready to help without ever making us feel like our questions are insignificant. Beyond that, we love how customizable the surveys are and how intuitive the data collection process has been. Our dashboards and topics are set up exactly the way we need them, perfectly tailored to what works best for us as a company. Overall, Simplesat provides a supportive, knowledgeable, and genuinely friendly experience!

**What do you dislike about Simplesat?**

Our experience with Simplesat has been overwhelmingly positive, so there’s very little to dislike. There are a few features we would love to see in the future, such as comparison benchmarks against industry standards and integration with our reporting platform, Syncly. However, the Simplesat team is always incredibly receptive to feedback. Whenever something isn’t available yet, they’re quick to consider our requests and explore ways to bring new features to life. Their openness, collaboration, and commitment to improvement make the platform even stronger.

There wasn’t a specific issue that led us to Simplesat. We simply wanted a deeper, more meaningful way to understand our data. Simplesat has been an incredible platform for achieving that. I appreciate how straightforward and simple the integration process with Simplesat and other platforms like Zendesk was for my team. I find the data export incredibly useful for generating detailed reports, and the simplicity of the interface makes usage very rewarding. The ability to integrate with other market tools is a significant advantage for me. Overall, I rate it a ten and would definitely recommend it to others.

I find the integration with other platforms, like Zendesk, problematic. It isn't seamless, as the integration sometimes disconnects, requiring me to log in again, which disrupts my workflow.

**What do you like best about Simplesat?**

I particularly appreciate the customizable interface of Simplesat, which allows me to tailor our surveys to our corporate identity. By being able to adjust CSS stylesheets, I can ensure that fonts, colors, and backgrounds are precisely aligned with our brand image, which is of great importance to us. Furthermore, the integration of Simplesat into our ticketing system Autotask PSA is an essential feature for us, ensuring a seamless flow of our work processes. I find the customer support from Simplesat to be reliable and helpful, which provides great assistance in case of problems or questions. I find the documentation excellent and the setup was relatively easy, making the onboarding to Simplesat straightforward. I also like the simple 14-day trial period without requiring credit card information, which gave us enough leeway to thoroughly test the features of Simplesat.

**What do you dislike about Simplesat?**

For us, the logic for converting questions (conditional conditions) could be a bit more extensive. The tool does support German in surveys, but the translations are only moderately good. Additionally, the admin panel is only available in English.

I use Simplesat for surveys to measure CSAT and NPS. It offers a simple interface, customization via CSS to maintain our corporate identity, and integration into our ticketing system Autotask PSA.

Simplesat's platform allows us to measure our performance directly by our customers as it gives them a voice.  The easy-to-navigate portal lets us know where we may need improvement.

Perhaps an easy to click within reports that would populate a list of who when the number is clicked (currently cannot click).

I am using it for so long and it is providing the customer feedback and satisfaction survey tools. it will give you real time feeback collections and provide live performance dashboards and more options. it is very ease to implement and cutomisation is easy.

It has a multi language support and team performance insights also has best customer support. Nothing to dislike about it.

Although the platform is generally very user-friendly and easy to use, there may be occasional difficulties when trying to access it or navigate in the most organized way. However, such issues are rare.

The Survey mechanism and the support Simplesat provides are amazing. It is very easy to implement as well.
Customer Support is the quickest.

Honestly, this is a tough question because there’s nothing I dislike about Simplesat. Their platform is intuitive, reliable, and delivers everything me and my company need.

Simplesat is solving the challenge of gathering and analyzing customer feedback in a streamlined and effective way. Their app makes it  easy to capture real-time insights, identify areas of improvement, and maintain our strong customer relationships. The seamless integration with both Salesforce and Zendesk takes it to the next level by allowing feedback to flow directly into the two tools I use every day. This integration saves me time, reduces manual effort, and ensures feedback is easily accessible, making it simple to take action and deliver outstanding customer experiences.

Easy to use platform. Extremely responsive Customer service!  (Thank you as always Angelika!) When features are not available, the customer service/customer success team is quick to include them on their roadmap and bring them to life.  Love that their team is dedicated to customer success!

So far, I haven't hit any roadblocks to using the platform, and as mentioned when there are suggestions about something that should be included the team is quick to add them for you!

**What do you like best about Simplesat?**

It has features and functions as we need it to and is efficient for our budget. The best thing of all though, has been their willingness to quickly adjust our surveys to our use. They have taken out verbiage, adjusted sliding scales, and removed links we did not want - and they did it quickly at no charge.

I'm interested in whether they implement any of our suggestions, but even if they didn't it wouldn't be a problem.

We love how easy it is to set up and immediately hear from our customers. It's cost-effective and we've been very happy with the level of the support as well.

There isn't much we don't like about Simplesat. Anytime we have questions, we're able to reach out to their team to get answers or give feedback on our experiences.

I find it strange that the branding you configure doesn’t automatically apply to your survey templates.

Provides great feedback for the techs and allows users to have direct input.

We initially thought that we might receive a bunch of negative feedback etc... but that didn't happen and it's been a great tool.

Simplesat allows us to have direct input from clients shortly after service.   This has been a great benefit for our techs to see what they are doing right.  It's also been a great tool for management to evaluate tech performance and customer service.

**What do you like best about Simplesat?**

Simplesat's interface makes it really easy to see what's important to you. Working in the CX space, it's critical to be able to identify trends, areas of opportunity, and insights about your agents. SimpleSat makes it easy to see when we're getting better, and how other initiatives at the company ultimately affect our customer's overall experience. I love how clean everything looks, and reporting is really easy to navigate. Any time I've ever had to reach out their support team, they've given me an answer right away! My team is able to review SimpleSat metrics daily and pinpoint exactly what to focus on.

**What do you dislike about Simplesat?**

There's not much to dislike. I've recommended adding a darkmode feature just to make it easier on my eyes since I also use a number of other reports and dashboards when managing the day-to-day of my department.

**What problems is Simplesat solving and how is that benefiting you?**

SimpleSat gives us data into how well our CX team is performing. Before using this, our data was a bit skewed, and we didn't have a high response rate from our clients. Their feature pipeline is very active, and also their responsiveness to any questions and feature requests has been great. We've been using Simplesat for Customer Support CSAT (in various platforms) and NPS for several years now, and there haven't been more than a couple of cases where we would've been missing any "nice to have" functionalities. All in all, it's a very robust and flexible solution.

Implementation and ready-made integrations with 3rd party platforms are great.

Forthcoming. We started working together in 2018, and whenever we had a specific request or requirement, SimpleSat was always willing to accommodate us and deliver the feature we were looking for. They constantly improve and grow as a company and in product offerings.
It is effortless to integrate with various CS systems. In addition, the HTML code can also be embedded in any email, so the implementation is also straightforward. 
The whole backend is easy to understand and configured.
Their Customer Support is kind and always ready to assist.

Honestly, I cannot think of any. We have had a great relationship since day one based on mutual respect.

I like how simple it is to build a survey with step by step prompts, i also like how easy it is to intregrate with zendesk - the webhooks make it easy to keep all those in the business updated via slack.

i dislike that features such as self categorisation for customers aren't ready and i do not like how it doesn't throttle customers from recieving more than one survery in a timeframe.

Simplesat has been a pleasure and joy to use. Not only is their product powerful and simple (had to throw that pun in...), but their Support and Product Management teams are always ready and willing to assist and help guide us if we need anything. They've been keen to understand use cases for additional integrations we've asked for and what product advancements would improve the experience.

**What do you dislike about Simplesat?**

Not a huge concern, but some of the UI and flow could use some tweaking as time goes on. For example, sending an NPS survey via email can be a bit clunky when managing contacts and uploading lists, compared to a traditional email marketing platform.

**What problems is Simplesat solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We selected Simplesat from an array of competitors because we needed a solution that embedded NPS surveys within an email where users could respond right from their inbox. We wanted to reduce the number of clicks it takes for users to submit their feedback. Simplesat does that, and does it very well.

The most helpful part of simplesat is the simplicity of starting. It's incredibly easy to pickup, attach to emails or Zendesk tickets, and be on your merry way.

**What do you dislike about Simplesat?**

I think simplesat is great for the basic things but falls flatter as we want to build more complex interactions. For example, I would really like a zendesk action that sends a survey link to a user without having to automate that action on our end. This would help with the more scrappy automations we have. The other thing is just that I'd like to see a more comprehensive API payload when adding custom questions. I have a survey with a bunch of additional questions that I want to see the answers for when using zapier, but simplesat can only send the initial question.

We have a service where we semi-crowdsource individuals and we would like to survey people to rate their assigned worker. This benefits us because we can tell who is not a good worker/who is.

I use Simplesat mainly to review feedback we have received from closed tickets in our ticketing system. Simplesat supplies me with quick information and statistics for my direct reports. Monthly reports help me bring the data to the team.

There is not much to dislike about Simplesat and maybe that's because I don't use it its full potential. I wish I could get more granular with the reporting to get individual stats sent via email weekly.

We've adopted Simplesat since many years ago now, and looking back I couldn't be happier with the decision we made at that time.  Years later it's been a consistent 5 star experience from the quality of the UI, the configuration possibilities of the surveys, the integration with Zendesk ticketing and Explore reporting and last but not least the excellent customer support and service provided by the Simplesat team.  We are now working with other branches of our company to help them adopt Simplesat on their instances of Zendesk as well.  Five stars!

Initially we were limited by the inability to use multi-brand or mulitple instances of Zendesk with the same instance of Simplesat, but the team helped us overcome the multi-brand early on and we haven't had any issues since.

Multi-brand, white-labeled surveys embedded in Zendesk auto-replies have increased our survey take rate, and allow us to capture CSAT, NPS accurately.  We will be looking to expand with CES as well.

I've been using SimpleSat in my previous company (moved away from Nicereply) and have implemented it in my current one (moving away from Wootric). It is extremely easy to setup, their support team is the most helpful team I've ever had to deal with, and our CSAT response rate has drastically increased since we've used it. We use Vitally and the SimpleSat team has kindly agreed to build up the integration for us which was such a pleasant surprise!
I love the fact you can see their Roadmap and share what you'd like to see. You'll even get a follow-up email from their CEO asking for more details to make sure they build features according to your needs - that's what I call being product AND customer-centric!

**What do you dislike about Simplesat?**

Absolutely nothing, they are killing it and I'm really glad we're collaborating with them. If you want to work with a team going above and beyond for their customers building a tool that will improve your NPS, CSAT and CES, then SimpleSat is your tool!

We are using SimpleSat for our NPS and CSAT. Our CSAT surveys are being sent from Front and our NPS is being sent from Intercom thanks to the integration. This allows us to create patterns according to our customers and ensure we get a higher response rate and score.

Simplesat is a simple plugin that works easily after installation. Doesn't require that you do a whole lot of programming, and it's easy to integrate into ticketing systems.

The costs would be the only thing I don't like. It's not terrible, but the thought of paying as much as we have to these days to get the required metrics for tracking customer satisfaction is ridiculous. It should be backed into the platforms we use to run our businesses.

Compare it to something like CrewHu and you'll find that Simplesat performs most of the same functions at 1/3 of the cost.
