What do you like best about Simplesat?

Their customer support was actually a huge selling point for me. They are very responsive and helpful.

The tool itself did what we needed it to, we wanted to increase our CSAT score response rate and it did! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Simplesat?

A little limited on the design of the survey, but nothing a skilled brand designer can't finesse Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Simplesat solving and how is that benefiting you?

Our CSAT response rate was quite low (<3%). Simplesat made the survey more visual and user friendly. Our CSAT response rate is now at >10% in the last quarter since getting SS! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
