What do you like best about Simple Testimonial?

As it states in the title, it really is simple! - Whether you are creating a new feedback form or, are trying to gather feedback, everything is very centralized and cleanly organized which I can appreciate because organization isn't my strongest trait. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Simple Testimonial?

Being just in the early phases / trial phase of Simple Testimonial, I haven't come across much that I haven't liked. It's neatly organized and pretty straightforward with its capabilities. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Simple Testimonial solving and how is that benefiting you?

It helps close that gap between our customers & telling us how they really feel! - We pride ourselves in being a small family business and treat our customers as if they're family. As you can imagine, when our customer's come in, we aren't asking how they liked their new gloves rather, we're asking how their Daughter's birthday party went on Saturday & what this coming weekend plans are. - Having Simple testimonial integrated allows our customers to give us a testimony if they desire to!
