I appreciate the ease of use of the platform. Registration is easy. There is a free version that I am currently using. The platform is ultra intuitive. I created my testimonial request form in 1 minute (adding logo, color scheme, and text). My form is already ready. I have a link that I can share on my beacons.ai, my website, and my automated emails. In short, the implementation is easy. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What I don't appreciate, however, is the deception. I clicked on a button labeled "free version for life" [START FREE FOREVER PLAN] and I receive this message on my dashboard: "Warning! You are on a 7-day trial period. Please subscribe to save all your videos!" It's misleading! I feel cheated. At best, say it's a 7-day free version, I would have understood, but not a "free version for life." Furthermore, there is no multi-language module for the testimonial request form (this poses a huge problem for me, I can't just rely on a client who has integrated Google Translate into their browser).
