I've really taken advantage of the Goals feature over the last few years. Having money slowly drip daily into an allocated goal is a super helpful way to set money aside for anything from a large future purchase to a recurring monthly expense. Although there is the Expenses feature as well that is very similar. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I'm a little bummed they got rid of Scheduled bill pay feature, because I had my monthly rent check being automatically sent. But they do offer paper checks now, so it sort of makes up for it.
But the biggest peeve I have with Simple is their support is top notch—when they finally do respond—which can take 2–5 days in my experience. That's absolutely crazy. There's no reason any company's support should take longer than 24hrs to respond. If the goal is to replace physical banks, they need to step up the game here. I used to be BOA, and I could get on a chat with someone in five minutes. Or I could just walk down to a branch. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
