What do you like best about Simple CRM?

I like that CRM was so easy to use. It's a really good way to keep track of all interaction and communication from customers Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Simple CRM?

The system was sometimes slow to load and interactions would show as blank until fully loaded Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Simple CRM solving and how is that benefiting you?

If a customer calls for the same issue, we an reopen the interaction so it's easier to keep track, and saves us from opening various cases for the same issue. This benefits both the company and the customer Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
