What do you like best about Similarweb?

What I like best about Similarweb is data accessibility. It allows me to get all of the data that I need for SEO and AI search without complexity. The tool is easy to use; even someone who isn't experienced can get the most out of their tool. The dashboards are easy to understand and their AI features save me a lot of time in generating insights and recommendations. They also have an MCP connection that I can integrate to my Claude or ChatGPT account where I do a lot of my work. This makes it really easy to access the data that I need when I need it. What do you dislike about Similarweb?

The depth of reporting could still be improved, especially for the AI Brand visibility recommendations. I think they could do a better job here plus the AI research tool. Although the tools are quite new and I know they are working on it continuously to improve it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Similarweb solving and how is that benefiting you?

The main area where Similarweb helps us is industry benchmarking. The data Similarweb provides easily helps us compare our performance against other brands. This is usually a blind spot for us because we have a lot of brands so it takes a lot of time to set up. But Similarweb makes it a lot easier. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
