Performance can be lacking as it frequently requires refreshing to accomplish repeated tasks, and there's no easy way to collect the data for things like website segments without duplicate manual integrations.

Integrations require additional credits and make the pricing unfavorable. They are not worth pursuing at our financial scale and make the product extremely manpower-intensive to get enough data.
