What do you like best about Simera?

Simera was recommended to me by a colleague, and I've had nothing but great experiences. The team is responsive, knowledgable, and creative. What do you dislike about Simera?

What problems is Simera solving and how is that benefiting you?

In a company's earliest days, one's options for hiring tech talent are limited, and for those of us who have had less-than-stellar experiences with offshore contractors (either re: skill consistency or navigating timezone differences), Simera's model fills a gap.
