After many years of using Star-CCM+ and other commercial (and open-source) CFD tools, one main feature always brings me back to Simcenter Star-CCM+: its continuous improvements and new features. Other tools focus on broader compatibility across multiple platforms, but at the cost of robustness and speed. Siemens seems to be focused on both. Every new release adds something that improves your workflow, speeds up the solver, and uses less memory. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
