I've used Silverware for the past 3 years in our hotel restaurant/bars. I found the system to be very user friendly both for the servers and on the back end (creating buttons, schedules, reporting, etc). Support was responsive and quick, but most issues I could solve myself. Implementation and training was a breeze. By the second implementation, I could basically do it all myself.
