What do you like best about Silverpeas?

Silverpeas supports multitasking. Integration with the calendar is an incredible feature. You can text team members and clientele or make excellent-quality video calls. Regardless of location, teammates can work collaboratively in real-time with Silverpeas. Work is considerably more productive whenever assignments, projects, and materials are shared and altered in real-time. What do you dislike about Silverpeas?

The workflows and repairs are somewhat lacking and challenging to fix. I would like to see more features. Implementing it across the entire firm is a little challenging because few employees are aware of it and aren't particularly interested in ditching other apps in its favor. What problems is Silverpeas solving and how is that benefiting you?

The main issue being resolved is time management. You are not required to send your customers or colleagues long emails with detailed explanations. A straightforward, solid message will suffice. Silverpeas make it possible to acquire new knowledge. It serves well if your organization's IT support team appropriately configures and frequently updates it.
