I really appreciate how helpful everyone is whenever I have problems or questions. The support is excellent and makes using the software much easier. Some of the features related to creating documents and emails are not very easy to use and can feel a bit clunky, although I have noticed improvements over time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
