"An easy to use game changer of a tool"

What do you like best about Silktide?

I love how easy it is to use. The layout feels logical, so I can quickly find what I need without having to hunt around.

Being able to view different accessibility needs has been a game changer for me and has helped me look at content from a different perspective. In particular, the option to simulate what it looks like for someone with dyslexia or colour blindness really brings the impact to life.

The support during set up had been fantastic, Remonique has been great throughout the process. Setting up other users on it has been straight forward and easy to do and because of its ease of use, we've been able to dive in immediately. Even if we got stuck, having the Academy as back up has been reassuring.

Having AI built in has been great to help resolve any errors found. So if we have a grammar issue, it's there to help support with alternative wording we could use and by having it in the tool it means the AI already knows the context. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Silktide?

The report can take a while to complete; however, considering how much is being scanned and the outcomes it provides, that’s understandable. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Silktide solving and how is that benefiting you?

It’s helping us streamline our quality checks—no more manual checking—which has been a huge time and cost saver for us. The ability to include compressed images is another big benefit, because it not only helps us see exactly which pages are impacted, but also lets us offer a solution immediately. We no longer have to hunt for separate tools with constant adverts popping up; it’s all handled right there in the app.

The app also helps to bring the team together as you can assign tasks and monitor the progress easily. It brings great satisfaction to see the progress you've made but also see the combined progress and the impact it brings.
