What do you like best about Silkline?

I love Silkline - it's built for procurement folks and streamlines the PR to PO process in ways I couldn't have imagined. The team always seems to be one step ahead of my dreams on what they are building out. It's a central place for data and is easy to use for those who don't live in it when needing updates. The data pull from quotes, the quote comparison, and the tracking of activity section, are some of my favorite features. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Silkline?

It sometimes seems like it doesn't pull up new information as quickly, unless you do some clicking out of the box, or entirely refreshing. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Silkline solving and how is that benefiting you?

Silkline saves me time by being able to send out RFQs to multiple vendors, and ensures I have the right files attached - great new feature to avoid any misses. Ability to track each RFQ in one central place, and the compare quotes is amazing. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
