What do you like best about Silkline?

Silkline has streamlined the procurement process, enabling users to rapidly move from request to quote to purchase order in record time - this includes incorporating AI into their process to easily read and translate quotes so you and your team can focus on solving the important problems. The Silkline team is also responsive in addressing any issues or ingesting feature requests, and they were able to easily migrate our data from our previous supply chain software. What do you dislike about Silkline?

As Silkline is still a newer product, it lacks some of the features that you may find in more mature platforms. What problems is Silkline solving and how is that benefiting you?

Silkline is streamline the procurement process so our team can focus on more involved challenges. They also have an intuitive way of maintaining history and records with suppliers for specific procurements or requests, eliminating the need for suppliers to use a specific portal for your company.
