Before Sigsync, we were managing email signatures with templates and instructions that employees had to follow themselves. It was manageable, but keeping everything consistent took more effort than it should have. With Sigsync, we can manage our signatures centrally and update the template when something changes instead of asking everyone to update their own signature.

The interface is fairly straightforward once you understand how the templates are set up. I also like that it works with our Microsoft 365 email environment, so it fits into the tools we already use rather than creating another completely separate process. Getting some of the template formatting right took a few attempts, particularly when we wanted the signature to look consistent across different email clients. I think having more ready-made design examples or clearer examples during setup would make the initial experience easier. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
